Terms of sale

Working draft — final wording is to be approved by the brand before launch.

Orders. An order is a request to buy. It is accepted once we confirm your payment. We may decline an order if a piece is no longer available.

Prices. All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include the piece only. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, and some areas are quoted after the order.

Payment. Pieces are prepared only after payment is confirmed. Bespoke commissions are agreed and paid separately after an enquiry.

Production times. Made-to-order production times shown on a product page begin after payment is confirmed, and delivery time is added on top.

Exchanges. See our returns and exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

Colour and finish. Natural textiles and screens vary, so small differences in shade and hand-finishing are part of the piece, not a defect.
